Resources for users of Cloud9.
The Cloud9 ‘library of things’ (in Resourses) is in beta mote and we would appreciate your feed back and any additions, either suggestions or actual 3D objects in .cr8 or .stl format. As these 3D objects are for users of Cloud9 they in the .cr8 file format and can now be downloaded. Some of the mesh is too dense for functions such as boolean subtraction and the structure of some is not in a form that makes for good deformations.
So far the ‘prinitives’ include a thin torus, a medium torus, filleted band and a pod, objects include 3 alphabets of capital letters, a candlestick and the worm in the apple to manipulate in Cloud9!
The Creative Guide is very gentle intro to using Cloud9 and the first videos cover creating a coloured object, deforming and rotating it, using the Falcon haptic device to work and interact direct through feeling and seeing what you are doing, drawing a 3D line, scaling and boolean subtraction.
