Cloud9 Activation Instructions

NOTE: You need to purchase a license (through A1 Technologies) to activate Cloud9.

Step 1: Run Cloud9

Windows XP users can run Cloud9 by double-clicking the shortcut called ‘Cloud9′ on your Desktop.

Windows 7 and Vista users, if you encountered the problem of “Can’t Initialize the Program” problem, please make sure that you run Cloud9 with administrator rights. For information on how to do this visit Solving Can’t Initialize Problem.

When you run Cloud9 for the first time you will be prompted with a message box as shown below…

If you have valid license ID and password and an internet connection, please choose Activate Online option and follow the instructions below the Activate Online section in this page.

Please register online so that in the near future we can notify you about updates and upgrades.

If you encounter problems registering on line you can call us to activate your copy of Cloud 9. Please choose Activate by Phone and follow the instructions below the Activate by Phone section in this page.

Activate Online Section

Step 2: Enter License ID and Password

Enter your valid License ID and Password in the following popup window, and click ‘Continue’.

If the activation has been successful, you will be informed through the status bar in the popup window and you can now use Cloud9.

If the numbers entered are incorrect, the following message will be displayed. Please contact us for further assistance and remember to report the displayed Error message and Error Code.

Activate by Phone Section

Step 2: Contact Us By Phone

Call Anarkik3D, between 10.00AM and 5PM GMT, on the phone number shown in the prompted message box. Or email support@anarkik3d.co.uk . Next click on the ‘Unlock’ button which will bring up another ‘message box’ for activation information to be entered.

Step 3: Enter Activation Code

Enter the registration code received from us into the boxes. Enter the registration keys as shown in the image and click ‘Ok’: You will currently only receive one code as Cloud9V2.1 has no time limitation. If it did you will get two. It makes no difference as this is due to the setup of the software.

If the activation has been successful, you will be informed through the message box shown below and you can now use Cloud9.
